This website sells digital products (such as 3D models). All products are delivered electronically.
Because of that, all sales are generally final.
All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s terms and policies.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not guaranteed.
Port-blocking misalignment is considered a major defect. In such cases, I will redo the product and send you a corrected version free of charge.
If the issue is minor or only slightly off, it is not considered a defect. Please keep expectations reasonable.
Refund requests may be considered in cases of proven defective products (by showing me picture of the miss-alignment when you are using the right motherboard), at my discretion or as required by applicable law.
If a defect is confirmed, the default solution is a fixed/reworked version of the product, not a refund.
Partial refunds for accidental purchases may be granted at my discretion.
Any refund will be reduced by non-refundable fees charged by Paddle.
